This KKTV Channel 11 interview with Richard Randall was posted on Richard’s Facebook on March 9, 2025 in honor of Randy’s March 8th birthday. Richard is a news personality and documentary producer and had put together a short piece about Randy after interviewing him for KKTV Channel 11 of Colorado Springs, Colorado, several years ago. He also narrates this video, which was aired in May 1995. The Denver Mile High Stadium concert the news reporters below refer to was held May 5, 1995.
Richard Randall lives in Colorado Springs, but he is from Sidney, Nebraska, according to his Facebook page. Both Billy Swan and Allan Rich (AKA Charlie Rich, Jr.) speak in this video, too.

I really liked it. Randy makes some comments not often heard in his other interviews. It was good to hear what he really thought about some of the Eagles drama.
Randy looked as if he was at ease and comfortable within himself and able to talk freely on his home ground. The two Randalls obviously liked each other. So often in interviews he looked and sounded uneasy.
I noticed that he seemed very at ease, too.
This is a great interview. Randy seemed to be enjoying himself, maybe because he was back home in Nebraska. Plus it was almost twenty years since he left the Eagles. Time heals most wounds.
Randy was smiling as he answered questions. I hope his parents, especially his dad, were there with him. Randy’s dad died in June 1995, so at least Randy got to be there in Nebraska to see him.
