Interesting story of how Joe Walsh wasn’t the only person considered to replace Bernie Leadon. I’ve not read this anywhere else before, so I’m not sure if it’s accurate or not. When the Eagles were interviewed by John Tobler for BBC Radio in London in April 1977, they said that Joe Walsh was their only choice.
