This is how bands get their equipment moved to venues.

Billboard magazine – May 15, 1976

“Walsh, who is more firmly rock-based than the country-tinged Leadon, is already rehearsing with the Eagles and will join them on a tour of New Zealand, Australia and Japan next month.”

The Sunshine Festival at Anaheim Stadium was Bernie Leadon’s last concert with the Eagles.

LA Times (Los Angeles, CA) – Dec. 13, 1975

“Bernie Leadon, long-standing member of the Eagles, has left the band. And he has been replaced in the line-up by renowned rock guitarist Joe Walsh, who makes his live debut with the Eagles when they tour Australia, New Zealand and Japan from January 15 to February 10.”

New Musical Express (London, England) – Dec. 20, 1975

“‘We didn’t want any rumours to get around that Bernie had left and that was it for the Eagles,’ said Frey. ‘We wanted it out quickly that Bernie had been replaced by Joe and the group were on their way to New Zealand. Even so there were rumours that Joe wasn’t staying with us and that the group was going to split up.”

New Musical Express History of Rock 1976

“All the band shared vocals, from the harsh mid-western twang of Joe Walsh to the high country wail of bassist Randy Meisner, but it was best when they all joined in the spine-tingling creamy harmonies of ‘Midnight Flyer’ or ‘Desperado’.”

The Press concert review (Christchurch, New Zealand) – Feb. 12, 1976

“Visits to New Zealand by the Average White Band, which performed in Tauranga, Nelson, and Auckland, and the Eagles, which gave an outdoor concert at Carlaw Park, were affected by weather.”

The Press (Christchurch, New Zealand) – Feb. 27, 1976

“Earlier this year, the group toured Japan, Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii in a series of concerts which marked the first time that Joe Walsh had performed officially as a member of the Eagles.”

Cash Box – June 12, 1976
