Randy Meisner performed at Stage East in Stuart, Florida with his band the Silverados on December 15, 1982. That was just prior to the band leaving for a short tour in Japan in late January 1983. Stage East was a nightclub in southeast Florida on the Atlantic coast.

He says he ‘doesn’t like the feeling’ of being the leader of a group, and I agree with him. He’s at his best as an equal member of a group of musicians who are every bit as talented as he.”

“In the meantime, he will play at shows across the U.S. including his home state, Nebraska, before playing a few dates in Japan. He said he was excited about playing in Nebraska for the first time.”
The Nebraska shows were July 1-3, 1983 after Randy Meisner returned from his tour in Japan in January 1983.

It’s been a few months since I found out about this show, and at the time I posted this I couldn’t find much on the venue. Since you’re in Florida, maybe you will find something.
I might have been at the Stuart concert. I did see him with the Silverados, but never could remember the place. If this is the place at the time I thought he and Teresa had something going on together the way they were looking at each other. My folks lived on Hutchinson Is. which connects to both Stuart and PSL, and my brother in Stuart.

Probably in a stadium he just saw a wall of faces. I bet that’s why he closed his eyes when he sang.
