“A bassist, guitarist, singer and composer, Meisner’s trademark high harmonies were a key ingredient of the Eagles’ Southern California sound. His most notable songwriting contribution was the classic ‘Take It to the Limit’.”
Stuart News (Stuart, FL) – Dec. 12, 1982
“Still, I couldn’t help but feel that Meisner has better stuff in him, and that, at age 35, his best work could still be ahead of him. He says he ‘doesn’t like the feeling’ of being the leader of a group, and I agree with him. He’s at his best as an equal member of a group of musicians who are every bit as talented as he.”
