Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, NY was the venue for the Eagles sold-out concerts of March 15-16, 1977. Glenn is wearing a New York Islanders hockey shirt. The Islanders played at the Coliseum from 1972-2015. This was the second stop of a 15-date tour.
The Eagles performed at Madison Square Garden on March 18. Then on March 19 they were at the War Memorial Auditorium in Rochester, NY. Their well-known shows at the Capital Centre in Largo, MD were on March 21-22.

“Highlight of the tour will be the Eagles debut in New York City’s Madison Square Garden on March 18.”

Herald-News (Passaic, NJ) – Jan. 28, 1977

“The Eagles were formed in 1971 when guitarist Glenn Frey and drummer Don Henley quit their back-up positions to Linda Ronstadt to form their own group. They remain the leaders of the group, augmented by Walsh, Randy Meisner on bass and Don Felder on guitar.”
“But the Eagles have never been more popular, with fans quickly snapping up the 58,000 seats for the group’s three New York dates, and the material from the new ‘Hotel California’ album was received as enthusiastically as earlier albums.”

Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum – capacity 15,000+

I can’t imagine the exhausting schedule during this time.
1977 was the year Randy left, so I’m betting the schedule played just another part in his decision to leave.
